We are hiring for a Receptionist / Front Office Admin.

This company is a multifaceted, high impact, medical spa. Focused on patient care and providing the latest in aesthetic services.
​
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
​
• Conserves provider’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains provider’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Welcomes patients, guests, and customers, greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Prepare invoices for payment by assigning proper general ledger coding
• Prepare end of day closing
• Assist with month end closing
• Organize and file personnel and patient documents
• Maintains customer and patient confidence and protects operations and patient data by keeping information confidential.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Perform ad hoc analysis or special projects as assigned.

Hours required: 5 days a week/40 Hours.
Position located in Carlsbad, New Mexico
Our office is open the following hours..
Monday 8am-5pm
Tuesday 8am-5pm
Wednesday 7am-7pm
Thursday 7am-7pm
Friday 9am-2pm

Skills and Qualifications:
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Reporting skills
• Supply management
• Scheduling
• Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, and MAC.
• Organization skills
• Time management skills
• Office equipment maintenance

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Three to five years of administrative experience
• One to three years of office experience preferred.

We are actively looking for a licensed nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate would be an individual with a passion for the industry, is resourceful, dependable, has a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, an aptitude for sales and exceptional bed-side manner. A great fit would be someone that loves the skincare and aesthetic industry, is professional, and loves talking to people! You will be performing injectables, high-end laser treatments, assessments on weight loss/hormone therapy, and other aesthetic services.

WHAT DOES AN AESTHETIC NURSE DO AT TRUE HEALTH?
​

Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols
-
Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures
-
Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
-
Attend team meetings and work collaboratively with others
-
Professional appearance daily
-
Administering Botox or neurotoxin injections
-
Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
-
Recommends various spa treatments, skin regiments based on client.

Manage a team of medical assistants.

WHAT CREDENTIALS DO I NEED TO APPLY?

Current State License

Must be licensed in New Mexico

Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services

Able to work 40 hours per week with open availability
